Shipping Policy – LUTRAFLY

Order Processing

At LUTRAFLY, we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed in 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Third-Party Fulfillment

LUTRAFLY works with external shipping and fulfillment partners to process and deliver orders.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner, LUTRAFLY is not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, or delivery issues caused by third-party logistics companies.

We will always do our best to help customers track and resolve shipping issues, but LUTRAFLY cannot guarantee delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions for selected countries or order amounts.

Track & Trace

All orders include Track & Trace so customers can follow their shipment during delivery.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. LUTRAFLY is not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
